As the situation with COVID-19 develops, we will continue to ensure your student’s device is in working order. Their ability to study remotely in this crisis is important to us.
If your school is closed, our Victorian office is already prepared to accept all warranty and insurance repairs, although we won’t be able to perform them on-site.
Due to this unique circumstance, we are limited in assisting with any software related issues and will have to direct you to your school’s intranet. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Step One: Log Your Service Request Using the Relevant Option Above
You will then be asked for your contact details and a description of the problem via a popup or redirected to another website for your insurance claim.

Once your service request is logged we will collect the laptop from your home if you live in Greater Melbourne, this will be done during business hours.
